Deed between Daniel Moore & Armistead Branch Book D, page 393 Daniel Moore Deed Armistead Branch} Received for record the 9th of January 1839 Deed recorded the 11th of April 1839 State of Mississippi, Madison County} Know all men by these presents that we Daniel Moore & Mary his wife of the County and State aforesaid have this day for and in consideration of the sum of four thousand dollars to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Bargained, sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain sell and deliver unto Armistead Branch of the State of Georgia all our right title claim and interest in and to the following lands, viz., SW 1/4 NW 1/2 and the E 1/2 NW 1/4 | and S 1/2 W 1/2 NW 1/4 and S 1/2 W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section No. 4 Township 8 Range 3 East situated in the Choctaw district of land west of Pearl River the title of said land we bind ourselves to warrant and defend unto the said Armistead Branch his heirs and assigns forever evidence our hands and seals this 15th day Oct 1834.
