Will of Brook Hill Book A, page 21 We the following do solemnly swear that we were called upon on or about the sixth day of September in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty-four by Brook Hill of the County of Madison in the state of Mississippi while upon his death bed at his own house to take notice that the following words or to that effect, or as near as we can recollect, were and should be his last will and testament.
