This will was not dated but falls between 2 wills both dated 21 January, 1831 – T.A.]


The noncupative will of Charles Anderson deceased as declared in his last sickness and at 
his dwelling house the said Charles Anderson declared that he wished all his loose 
property not necessary to carry on and fulfill the __ made for __ his negroes etc. were 
pledged should be sold and the proceeds thereof paid over to his mother for her use 
during life remainder to her children by her second or last marriage
