Will of David Haley, Madison Co., MS, Will Book A Nuncupative will On Monday the seventh instant (April 1845) David Haley of Madison County, Mississippi then on his death bed called on the undersigned to bear testimony as to the disposition he the said Haley wished made of his property after his death, which was as follows. He stated to us that he wished Mr. John S. Tucker to take charge of his papers and other efforts, pay all just and necessary charges against his and Haley’s estate and after paying said charges to deliver over the balance remaining to his other who lives in Franklin County in this state as the undersigned Haley to say.
