Will of Elias M. McKay State of Mississippi, Madison County November the 4th 1836 This is the last will and testament of Elias M. McKay. I desire that all of my property consisting of real and personal estate should be sold on the first say of January next __ a credit of __ __ the and four years secured by note and approved security after the payment of my just debts. I give and bequeath to my lawful wife Catherine McKay all of my property both real and personal estate for her sole use and benefit. I appoint Doctor Lawson F.
