Will of Fielding Oakley Will Book A, page 30 In the name of God amen. I Fielding G. Oakley of the County of Madison and State of Mississippi being sick and weak in body & sound mind do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say I do hereby approve James T. Clark my executor. I give and bequeath all my effects after my debts are paid to my three brothers and two sisters to be divided yearly among them share and share alike. I appoint my brother William the executor or administrator after his death trustees for my sisters to hold all the effects that paid to them as their share of my estate for their use the proceeds of said estate be paid to them annually or biannually as my sisters may desire. I give to my brother William over and above his share of my estate my watch. I give to Eliza Clark my sorrell pony for her kind attention to me during my last illness.
