Will of Franklin P. Wilson In the name of God amen. I Franklin P. Wilson being in my proper mind I feel justly __ with the __ that I shall pass from here to eternity __ it is in __ that __ now to make some disposition of my property which is as follows. In the first place I wish to be buried in a Christian like manner at Andrew E. Beatie's old plantation until winter or cold weather then taken to Logan County, Kentucky and there buried with my own kind. It further my request that my mother Margarett Wilson of Logan County, KY shall have my negro woman Judy Ann, the remainder of my property be disposed off and my lawful debts paid.
