Will of Harrison L. Martin The nuncupative will of Harrison L. Martin late of the County of Madison and State of Mississippi has declared in the time of his last sickness on the twenty third day of August 1831 at his residence in said county, said Harrison L. Martin declared that it was his will and desire that his property should first be applied to the payment of his debts and that the balance of his estate after the payment of debts should go to his wife Ellen Martin and more ever said testator called on the company to wit consisted of John H. Martin and Thomas L.
