Will of James Brickell – Madison Co., MS Will Book A In the name of God, Amen. I, James Brickell of Williamson County & State of Tennessee being of as sound mind & memory as I ever shall be do make & constitute this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other & former wills by me made. I give and bequeath to my old and beloved wife Elizabeth Brickell my whole estate, that I am now or may be possessed of at the time of my decease, during her natural life & to dispose by will or otherwise as she may think fit and proper as she is well acquainted with the manner in which I wish it disposed of. I leave it entirely to her as I have every confidence in her prudence & discretion. I have no doubt she will do justice to her children & grand children. I leave it entirely at her discretion.
