Will of Joseph J. Cox Madison County State of Mississippi Know all men by these presents that I Joseph J. Cox being of a sound and disposing mind; and knowing the uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament, viz. To my brother Rueben Henry I give and bequeath the sum of five dollars. And to my brother Saul Yellenay [?] I give and bequeath the sum of five dollars; and to my beloved sisters Martha, Matilda and Pamelia Bishop I give and bequeath equally the remainder of my estate after paying my funeral expenses and just debts. And I appoint and constitute my __ Jesse R. Powell sole executor of this my last will and testament.
