Last Will and Testament of James J. Ray State of Mississippi, Madison County} I James J. Ray of Madison County, Mississippi of sound mind and memory make this my last will. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate and property real and personal as follows. The W 1/2 of NW 1/4 Section 14 Township 10 [?] Range 5 East and a half interest in the E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 9 Township 10 Range 5 East which I want sold as soon after my death as my executors may think expedient and the __ and the proceeds from said sale of said land to be used in payment of my funeral expenses and all my just debts and the W 1/2 of SW 1/4 and the N 1/2 of E 1/4 SW 1/4 with all my personal property to be utilized and used as a home and for the maintenance of my children so long as they live together as one family or until my youngest living child shall become of lawful age. Then said property to be sold or otherwise disposed of as my executors may think best and the proceeds to be equally divided between my living children or their heirs. I appoint without bond as the executor of this my last will J. S. Bunch, F. P. McKay and S. E. Ray of Madison County, Mississippi executors.
