Ross, being in sound mind and knowing that it is appointed unto man once to die make this my last will and testament. It is my wish and desire that my property shall after paying all of my just debts remain in the hands of my beloved wife Sandel Ross during her natural life or widowhood and if she should die then for my property to be equally divided between my beloved children, viz. William D. Ross, Bennett B. Ross, Sarah [?] Ross and Catherine [?] Ross. It is my desire that my estate and all the possessions __ my estate and do hereby appoint my beloved wife Sandel L.
