Will of James Sines

Nuncupative will (also listed under James Lines)

In the name of God, Amen.  I James Sines of the County of Madison, 
State of Mississippi, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do 
make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in form 
following, to wit:  My property, personal and mixed I give to my wife 
M. E. Sines, published and declared in the presence of the testator and 
in the presence of each other, who at the request of the testator 
witness the above will herein contained on the 6th day of April 1874.  
Filed April 8th AD 1874.
