Will of Joseph W. Camp
Nuncupative will

State of Mississippi, Madison County}  The undersigned being called out by Joseph W. 
Camp of the County and State aforesaid being then the 13th day of July AD 1836 
conscious of the appointment of his daughter to witness the disposition which he the said 
Joseph W. Camp wished made of his property made agreeable to his wish the following 
statement.

1st.  He decreed a certain negro girl aged about ten years named Sun to be given to 
Elizabeth P. Broadusy (sic) then a audient (?) in the family of the said Joseph W. Camp.

2nd.  That the tract of land on which he resided at the time of his death should be sold by 
his administrators.

3rd.  That his administrators should purchase a tract of land of suitable size for the 
employment of his slaves and place them on it.

4th.  That his slaves should all be kept together.

5th.  That his wife should have an equal portion of his property with his children.

6th.  That his wife should have the privilege of drawing her portion of the property at any 
time after the payment of his debts if she should desire to do so.

7th.  That Searcy D. Sharp [?] of the State of Tennessee and David P. Perkins and 
William J. Denson of the State of Mississippi and Madison County shall act as
