Will of Madison G. Nash The State of Mississippi, Madison County } I, Madison G. Nash of county and state aforesaid being of sound and disposing mind and memory but impressed with the uncertainty of human life do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament. Item 1st. After the payment of my just debts, I give and bequeath to my beloved sister Mrs. Evaline Young, wife of Elijah Young of said county one half of all the estate real and personal of every kind and description, chases in action and property in possession of which I may die signed or possessed or in which I may be entitled at the time of my death. Item 2nd. I give and bequeath to the said Elijah Young the other half of my estate, that is all the remainder of my estate real and personal of every kind and description Chases in action and property or possession of which I may be signed or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, to be held by the said Elijah Young in trust for the sale and exclusive use and benefit of my beloved nephew Stephen Lynch Nash until the said Stephen Lynch Nash shall arrive at the age of twenty one years, when the said property with the net increase thereof after the payment of all expenses shall be delivered __ the said Stephen Lynch Nash. Item 3rd. If the said Stephen Lynch Nash shall die unmarried and without issue before he shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years, then it is my will, and I do hereby give and bequeath all the said property mentioned in item second to the said Evaline Young and her hers making her my sole legatee - but if the said Stephen Lynch Nash shall marry before he arrives at the age of 21 years, and shall die without children, leaving said wife surviving him, in such event I give and bequeath the said property mentioned in said item 2nd to the said surviving wife of said Stephen Lynch Nash and my sister Evaline Young share and share alike. I hereby appoint my friend Elijah Young the sole executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of June AD 1834. /s/ Wm. G.
