Rufus K. Dinkins Will	
(probated 9-14-1858)

The Last Will and Testament of R. K. Dinkins.  Know all men by these presents that I 
bequeath to my wife Elizabeth one half of my property if she should have an heir.  The 
other half will be given to said heir.  After the death of my wife the child shall inherit the 
whole.  If no heir should be born or being born should __ Pollod ___wife and children 
shall be given to my sister Louisa the only __ of Robert I. Dinkins and her children.  One 
thousand dollars to my niece Tellala Slaughter, the residue to my wife Elizabeth.
