Will of Robert Sims Book A, page 19 In the name of God, Amen I, Robert Sims of Hinds County, State of Mississippi being sick of body but of sound mind and memory do hereby make this my last will and testament. In case of my death I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Sarah Sims all the property I may be possessed of during her life and at her death my wish is it may be equally divided amongst my children as hereafter designated. To my daughter Anne Duncan [?] formerly Anne Sims the wife of Joel Duncan [Dennison ?] I give and bequeath five dollars. To my son Samuel Sims I give and bequeath an equal share with the rest of my children after deducting what he has already received. . To my son Robert Sims I give and bequeath an equal share with the rest of my children after deducting what he has already received. To my son James Sims I give and bequeath an equal share with the rest of my children after deducting what he has already received. To my daughter Sarah I give and bequeath one tenth of my property at the death of my wife. To my daughter Mary I give and bequeath one tenth of my property at the death of my wife.
