Will of Thomas J. Moore: The State of Mississippi, Madison County} In the name of God Amen. I, Thomas J. Moore of the state and county aforesaid being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory and desirous of disposing of my estate, do make ordain and publish the following as my last will and testament, to wit: In primus. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid out od such portion of my estate, and in such manner as my executors may deem most expedient and with the least injury. Secondly. I choose and bequeath my entire estate both real and personal to my beloved wife Mary Ann and the child with which I believe she is now enceinte jointly and equally. To have and to hold the _____ thereof to my said wife forever during her natural life and at the ___ of my said child should the same be there coming to him an heir as his or her said childs, heirs and assigns forever, and the other ___ of my said estate to the said child in absolute fee simple. Provided that should my said wife not prove enceinte, or in case she and the child should die before attaining the age of twenty one years or marriage then and in either such case I do hereby direct the the morety of my estate herein before divised to __ said child be given to my brother A. Barry Moore and to my sister Amanda Henderson in equal shares, And it is furthermore my will and I do hereby direct that on the death of my said wife, she not proving enceinte at the time or the child dying before attaining twenty-one years or marriage then the moriety of my said estate so divised to my said wife be given to my said brother A. Barry Moore to my sister Amanda Henderson share and share alike, both this and the brquest herein before made to my said brother and sister on the contingencies herein mentioned ___ to them and their heirs forever. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint John Irvine of Charleston, N.C. A. Barry Moore and Geo W. Henderson executors of this my last will and testament.
