Will of William Finley Page 241 I William Finley of the County of Madison and State of Mississippi being of sound and disposing mind & memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last will & testament hereby revoking and making void all former last wills and testaments and writings in the nature of last wills and testaments. _________ _______ It is my will and ___ that my funeral expenses and just debts shall be paid by my executor hereinafter named. In the second place it is my will that the residue of my property and estate _____ ___ to my __ payment of my just debts, funeral charges and the ___ the execution of this my last will and testament aforesaid ___ of my estate shall descend to my beloved wife Elizabeth H. Finley and my dear children in equal ___ division of my said estate to take place until __ my said children shall have attained the age of twenty one years or have ___and ___ _____ __ my said estate and then ___ my will that such child so ___ his or her support ___ ____ It is also my will that each of my other children shall upon attaining the age of twenty one years or marrying __ share of my said estate in like manner as the first. It is also will that my said estate __ be kept together and managed by my executors hereinafter named to the best advantage of my said wife and children ____ ____ and I do nominate and appoint my brother Lewis Finley and my friend and brother Jesse R.
