Will of Walter R. Johnston Will Book A, Page 0 I Walter R. Johnston of the County of Madison and State of Mississippi do in my last will and testament give unto Newton L. Harall two hundred dollars a year provided there should be that much made clear of expenses, the balance of the money that may be made by the farm clear of expenses. I give unto Mrs. Juliana Caupland of Virginia her lifetime and at her death to be given to her children (I also bequeath at her death my whole estate to her children and in case any of the children should die I wish their estate given to the balance of the children and not their father). I also give unto Henry Eliza's child his freedom. I also wish him put to the carpenter's trade until he is twenty one years of age. I want the trace of land that I purchased from H. Billingsley and the improvement near the river sold the first of January eighteen hundred and thirty one on a ___ of one, two and three years. I also want the farm known by the name of Parrarah kept up by the whole of my estate. I also wish a cotton gin with an inclined wheel and a mill built on my Parrarah farm I also wish the money that I have in Virginia to go to the use of paying off my debts and the balance to the use of my farm.
