Will of W. T. Powell

The last will and testament of William T. Powell of the County of Madison in the State of 
Mississippi.

Item First - I direct that my just debts be paid by my executors and assigns and 
administrators hereinafter named with all ____ after my death and I do hereby subject 
charge and make liable all and every real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and 
whensoever and with the payments of the same.

Item Second - I will and direct that after my death my said estate both real and 
personal shall be kept together until my youngest child shall arrive at the age of twenty 
____________ _____________ or marry except as hereinafter provided the said property 
shall be managed __ and __ by my executor hereinafter named in the same way and 
manner as the __ worked  and controlled if I never died.

Item Third - I will and desire that if any of my children shall marry before my 
youngest child living shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years or marry such 
child  shall have their part or portion of my personal estate only given him or her 
immediately.

Item Fourth - I will and direct that when my estate is divided and distributed as 
provided from item second of this my last will and testament my wife of ___ and 
inasmuch ____ all my household and kitchen ____ furniture and silverware but if she 
should marry then and in that case the silverware shall go to my children or in any count 
at the death of my wife my said  silverware shall go to my children.

Item Fifth - I will and direct that my children are to be supported, maintained and 
educated out of my estate in a manner suitable to their condition in life and ___ and 
prospects and also that my wife shall be supported and maintained out of my estate as 
long as she shall remain single and unmarried and ___ can a husband marry then and in 
that event ___ have her part or portion of my estate given her and my estate shall no 
longer be held liable for her support maintenance.

Item Sixth - If my wife should marry again and he her said husband should decide 
to sell ___ in my said estate then and in that case I will and direct that my executor 
hereinafter named shall have the full power and authority to purchase outright __ at a fair 
valuation for the use and benefit of my children.

Item Seventh - I will and direct that my executor hereinafter named shall have 
power to purchase real and personal estate with the money left annually after supporting, 
maintaining and educating my children and also after supporting and maintaining my 
wife as provided from item fifth as this my last will and testament.

Item Eighth - I hereby nominate and appoint __ Greaves executor of this my last 
will and testament.  In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of
