Will of William J. Wildy The State of Mississippi, Madison County} In the name of God Amen. I William J. Wildy being of sound mind and memory but weak and feeble of body and knowing that man must die I give and dispose of my property which God has ___ to bless me in health do ____ as follows, to wit: 1st ___ 3 negroes, slaves for life Tom, Nelson and Fanny to my beloved brother John Wildy. 2nd 3 negroes, slaves for life Narriet, Samson and Fred to my beloved brother Samuel Wildy. 3rd I give a negro boy named Plato & Ann to Hiram T. Russel son of H. D. Russel. 4th It is my will and wish for H. D. Russel to take charge and act as administrator and executor agreeable to this will above and what should follow below. 5th I wish my administrator as soon as circumstances will admit to give and pay unto Judith Sett of Northumberland County, Virginia four hundred dollars her ___ full of my effects. 6th I wish my administrator and executor to collect all debts owed and demands due me and then pay all just debts or accounts I ___ . 7th I wish if there be any surplus be any I wish my ___ and faithful friend H.
