Warren Thomas Willoughby born 02 Sep 1845 died 08 Oct 1918. His father, 
Rodolphus Willoughby, came to Mississippi in 1815.

Additional Comments:
The Willoughby's of Marion County were, and are, very civic minded people. 
There is a history of public service from Rodolphus Willoughby in 1830 serving 
as deputy sheriff to 1964 when John Homer Willoughby served as sheriff.
