P. Standefer } Fulks wife of the said Nathan Fulks of the one part and William Price Standefer of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Nathan Fulks and Adaann Fulks wife of the said Nathan Fulks for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty dollars unto them in hand paid by the said William Price Standefer the Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargand [sic] sold Granted and conveyed and by these presents do Grant bargan [sic] sell and convey unto the said William Price Standefer his hairs [sic] Executors or administrators or assigns the formlery [sic] described Tract of Land Lining and situated in the county of Monroe and state of Mississippi known and distinguished as the South West quarter of the North West quarter of section number Twenty Seven in Township thirteen south of Range no nineteen west containing forty acres --- --- the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land to him the said William Price Standefer his hairs [sic] and assigns for Ever together with all and singular the tenements hereditements and appertenances in any wise belonging or apertaining to the same and the said Nathan Fulks and Adaann his wife do by these presents covenant that they will warrant and defend the title of the aforesaid Tract or parsal [sic] of Land to the said William Price Standefer his hairs [sic] and assigns fore Ever in testimony whereof the said Nathan Fulks and Adaann his wife here hereunto affix their seals and set their hands this day and year above witness.
