Additional Comments: I have the original of the above Teachers License which was awarded to my Grandmother, Bertha Leah Liddell in 1928. I also have the first Teachers License she received in 1927 and will post that at a later date. She was born 09 Oct 1910 in Union County to Ada Pulley Liddell and William Benjamin Liddell.
