There are only 5 existing grave markers in the cemetery. (2002) Older people in the area say there were many more but they have been removed. Chambers Born Mar 25, 1862 Died Oct. 10, 1885 A light is from our household gone A voice we loved is stilled A place is vacant by our hearth which never can be filled Fannie C. Dugan Died June 24, 1889 Age 61 yrs. She died as she lived trusting God. Virginia A. Calhoun was the wife of Joseph Trimble Calhoun. Virginia is my great grandmother. W. M. Chambers was Virginia's son by her first husband, T. J. Chambers. He was killed in the Civil War.
