Visitation is 5 to 8 tonight at Brookhaven Funeral Home. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Bendon Ginn and the Rev. Thad Owens officiating. Burial will be in Easthaven Cemetery in Brookhaven. Mrs. Moak was born Feb. 19, 1916, in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of Commodore and Mittie Brown. She was a homemaker and was a member of Easthaven Baptist Church for 45 years. Mrs. Moak was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl M. Moak; two brothers, Ollie and Otis Brown; and three sisters, Mildred Powers, Wilma Lee May and Clarice Roberts. Survivors include one son, Joe Moak of Bogue Chitto; two daughters, Dorothy Weekley and Gloria May, both of Summit; five grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Gene Morgan, Mike Moak, Chad Moak, Austin Morgan, Doug Moak and David Moak. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons, Colby Moak and Kyle Smith.
