Abner Lack & Wife

		Know all men by these presents that Abner Lack and Susannah 
Lack of the County of Scott and State of Mississippi for and in consideration 
of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid before the 
sealing and delivery of these presents by William W Lowry of the County and 
State aforesaid, have bargained and sold, and do hereby grant bargain sell and 
convey unto the said William W Lowry the following described Lot, situate, 
lying and being in the town of Hillsboro, County of Scott and State of 
Mississippi, to wit, Beginning at the North East corner of Lot number Six in 
Square number five of said Town and running thence South with the line of said 
Lot one hundred and forty feet to a Stake, thence West Twenty feet to a Stake, 
thence North one hundred and forty feet to a Stake, thence East Twenty feet to 
the beginning corner, The said William W Lowry to have and to hold the said Lot 
with all and singular the appurtenances thereof to the said William W Lowry his 
heirs or assigns, And the said Abner Lack and Susanah Lack his wife for 
themselves and their heirs executors and administrators, do covenant with the 
said William W. Lowry, that they will forever warrant and defend the same to 
him, his heirs or assigns free from and against the right, title, and claim of 
themselves and their heirs and of any and all persons whatsoever, and the said 
Abner Lack and Susanah Lack his wife, in testimony hereof have hereunto set 
their names and affixed their seals this 11th day of March AD 1858

The State of Mississippi
	Scott County		Personally appeared before one me the 
undersigned Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid, The 
within named Abner Lack and Susanah Lack his wife, who severally acknowledged 
that they signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed on the day and year 
and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned as their act and deed.
			Given under my hand and seal the 11th day of March 1858

The State of Mississippi
	Scott County		I Jas D Jones Clerk of the Probate Court of 
said County do hereby Certify that the within and foregoing Deed and 
Certificate of acknowledgement together with this certificate of record are 
this day truly recorded in my office in Deed Book G on pages 617 and 618.      
Given under my hand and seal of Office at Hillsboro 
					the 16th day of March AD 1858
