 A.B. Smith				Filed for Record March 10th 1863
         To     					R. W. Bonds  Clerk
G.F. Lowry	       		This Indenture made this Seventh day of March 
AD 1863 between M. D. Graham & A. B. Smith of the County of Scott in the State 
of Mississippi of the first part and George F. Lowry of the County of Scott in 
the State of Mississippi of the second part; Witnesseth that the said party of 
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred dollars 
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby 
acknowledged do by these presents grant, bargain sell and convey and confirm 
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that certain track 
or parcel of land situate in the County of Scott and State of Mississippi to 
wit the South West quarter of Section No 15 in Township No 6 North of Range 9 
East together with all and Singular the buildings improvements rights 
privileges immenities (sic) and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any 
wise appertaining to have and to hold the premises and property as conveyed to 
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.  And the Said 
party of the first part his their heirs Executors and administrators unto the 
Said party of the second part his heirs and assigns the property land and 
premises aforesaid and the appurtenances aforesaid will and the same hereby 
forever do warrant and defend against any and all person s whatsoever.  In 
Witness whereof the said party of the first part hereunto sets their hand and 
seal the day and year first above written.
