State of Mississippi	
Scott County			Deed of Conveyance made the 28th Dec 1859 
between William Whitehead of the first part and Jefferson Vickers of the second 
part, Witnesseth that William Whitehead for and in consideration of Seventeen 
hundred dollars to him in hand paid by said Jefferson Vickers have bargained 
and sold and do hereby grant alien and convey to said Jefferson Vickers a 
certain tract of land situated in the above named County and State namely the 
North half of Section four Township five Range six East containing 320 acres 
more or less.  And the said William Whitehead does hereby convenant with said 
Jefferson Vickers that he will warrant and forever defend the same to him his 
heirs or the aliences under him free from and against the right or claim of 
himself and his heirs and of any and all persons whatsoever and the said 
William Whitehead hereto put his name and seal on the day and year first 
written.
