William Albert GOODWIN was born on 16 Nov 1871 in Scott County, MS and died on 
21 Dec 1945 in Scott County, MS.  He was the son of John William GOODWIN and 
Melissa A STEWART.  He was married to Reubina (Ruby) A BEAVER.  He was her 
second husband.  He worked as a book keeper and drygoods saleman.  He also 
served as one of the first officers of the Farmers and Merchants Bank after it 
opened in 1905.
