Barge Williams, a Private of Company D 3rd Regiment U. S. Col'd Cav'y Volunteers was enrolled on the 10th day of November 1863, at Vicksburg, Miss 3 yrs and is reported on Rolls from enrollment to Dec. 31/65 present. He was mustered out of serrvice with les Jan'y 26, 1866 at Memphis Tenn. Hospital records show him: admitted March 14/64 with Diarrhea; March 18/34 returned to duty. March 29/64, Remit Fever; April 15/64 duty.March 29/64 to March 31/64 Remit Fever. Treated April 1/64 to April 4/64 no diag. Presa, Opu zu Spts Frumenti Ziss every hour; April 6/64 to April 9/64 to April 13/64 Spts Frumenti Zi, Campah. Pulv IV QuinniSul. gss; April 14/64Spts Frumenti Zu. April 17 & 18/64, TinctChlordi Z; April 19/64 Mass Hydg. Gss. V; April 20/64, Spts, Frumenti Zu every 4 hours. Records of this office furnished no further evidence of disability. R, C.
