Last Will and Testament of Bithee Staton In the name of God I Bithee Staton of Tallahatchie County in the State of Mississippi do make and ordain this my last will and testament. Revoking any and all testaments Disposition by me heretofore made As 1st: My funeral and testament expenses including those of my last illness first and promptly to be paid and then my other just debts to be paid. As 2 I devise to my brother Reuit Staton my gold watch. As 3: I desire to W.C. McMatin my double barrel shot gun. As 4: I give to my loved wife Anna E. All my personal property of all description. Also my land North Half of a tract owned by myself And Brother Red Staton which he now lives all one fifth in trust of a Forty ace tract of land left. by deceased Brother James S. Staton! I do also appoint- W.C. Martin to assist my Wife in minding of my estate. In Witness whereof I hereto set my name and Seal this 18th day of April 1863.
