Murphy, 17 Apr 2001] Byrd Murphy et al To} Deed Nugent & Frigg This Indenture made and entered into, this, the 7th day of June, A.D. 1869 between Byrd Murphy and Gray Murphy, Sr, of the County of Franklin, and State of North Carolina of the first part, W.L. Nugent and W.R. Frigg, of the County of Washington and State of Mississippi of the second part Witnesseth. We Byrd Murphy and Gray Murphy, Sr, That for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars, Cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, that said parties of the first part, hath released and quit claimed, and by these presents do release and relinquish, and convey unto the said parties, of the second part, all their right, title, and interest in and to the following described tracts of land. Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 in Section 7, ad lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 in Section 8, All in Township 14 of Range 9 West, in said County of Washington, and State of Mississippi, Containing in all about (752) Seven hundred, and fifty two acres, more or less, To have and to hold to them the said W.L.
