Murphy, Edmond T. Murphy, Sarah L. Agnew, Joseph M. Agnew, Susan E. Murphy of the County of Maury, and State of Tennessee of the first part, and W.L. Nugent, W.G. Yerger, and W.R. Frigg of the County of Washington, and State of Mississippi, of the second part, Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of the sum of $600.00 cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part, hath released and quit claimed and by these presents, do release and relinquish and convey, unto the said parties of the second part, all their right, title, and interest in, and to the following described tract of land, to Wit. Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Section 7 and Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 in Section 8, All in Township 14, or Range 9 West, in said County of Washington & State of Mississippi, Containing in all about 752 acres more or less, To have and to hold to them the said W.L.
