My dear Lord, I sincerely thank you for all
your blessings, and I, in return, want you to
have all I own:  my work, my life, and my love.
Forgive me for my sins and help me regret them
and repent myself, so when the moment comes
for me to leave this earth, I will be prepared to
go to your kingdom. Amen
