                             Lee
 Vashti Beasley Lee, a resident of Buckatunna, was born Aprin 6, 1918 and died 
Oct 9, 2000, at Wayne General Hospital. She was 82 years of age and a clerk.
 She is survived by two daughters, Dixie Jo Cooper and Brenda Blakney, both of 
Buckatunna; one brother, Buddy Beasley of Millry; two sisters, Willie Jones of 
Buckatunna and Eunice Lindauer of Waynesboro; four grandchildren and three 
great-grandchildren.
 Funeral sercices were held Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2000 at 11am at Buckatunna 
Baptist Church with the Rev. Ricky Revette and the Rev. Douglas Moore 
officiating. Interment followed at the Buckatunna Cemetery.
 Arrangements were entrusted to Freeman Funeral Home.

Additional Comments:
Vashti's husband was Howard Wayne Lee.
