MARRIAGE AFFIDAVIT
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI

Before me, the undersigned authority, on the day personally appeared J. T.
Lewis, who being by me duly sworn according to law deposes and says that there
is no legal cause to obstruct the marriage of Affiant to Docia Paxton.

TO ANY PERSON LAWFULLY AUTHORIZED TO CELEBRATE THE RITES OF MATRIMONY:
You are hereby Licensed to celebrate the RITES OF MATRIMONY between, Mr. J. T.
Lewis and Miss Docia Paxton, and for so doing this shill be your warrant.
Given under my hand and seal and official seal, this 1st day of Oct, in the year
of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Eight.

By virtue of a License from the Clerk of the Circuit Clerk of said County of
Webster, I have this day celebrated the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. J. T.
