MARRIAGE AFFIDAVIT

Before me, the undersigned authority, on the day personally appeared Oscar
Lewis, who being by me duly sworn according to law deposes and says that there
is no legal cause to obstruct the marriage of Affiant to Alma Williams.

TO ANY PERSON LAWFULLY AUTHORIZED TO CELEBRATE THE RITES OF MATRIMONY:
You are hereby Licensed to celebrate the RITES OF MATRIMONY between, Mr. Oscar
Lewis and Miss Alma Williams, and for so doing this shill be your warrant.
Given under my hand and seal and official seal, this 1st day of Oct, in the year
of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Three.
