Executions
Two Negro men were executed at Woodville, on Friday the 22d ult. for the murder of
their master, Mr. Sojourner: and on the 29th inst. a Negro man, named Jerry, the
property of Mr. Chasten Old, was also executed for Burgalry. State Gazette.
