Sacred to the Memory A. B. Davidson  
Born Hardeman Co. Tenn April 12, 1828  
Died at Water Valley, Miss. Jan. 30, 1870  
Aged 44 years 9 mos.. 28 days. 

Additional Comments:
This stone has a CSA marker in front of it.   It is behind the graves of 
William Overton Carr and his wife Mary L. Davidson.  On the other side of the 
obelisk with his brother, Thomas Jefferson Davidson, both sons of Ruth Ragsdale 
and John Osimus Davidson and grandsons of Ruth Clements and John Davidson, a 
revolutionary war ancestor buried in Tennessee.  Albert Blount Davidson's 
parents are buried in College Hill Cemetery in Oxford, Mississippi.
