Marriage Certificate  
                      STATE of MISSISSIPPI
                      COUNTY of YAZOO

By virtue of a license from the Circuit Court Clerk of said County, I have 
this day celebrated the Rites of matrimony between

Mr. James P. Kelly           and
Mrs. Laura C. McMahan
Witness my hand this 12th day of June 1922

County of Yazoo
I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for the state and county 
aforesaid, hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the record of above 
marriage, and as appears of record in Book H, Page 523.


             Given under my hand and seal this 9th day of Aug.  AD  1922

Additional Comments:
I also have an additional certificate that is similar to the above, with minor 
differences as follows:  Witness my hand this 12th day of June, 1922.  and in 
the certification, the marriage is recorded in Book H, page 522 with a dage of 
March 22, 1952, by Mrs. C. H. Timber, clerk of the Circuit Court.
