STATE OF MONTANA COUNTY OF BEAVERHEAD.

To Any Person Authorized to Solemnize Marriages, Greeting:

        You are hereby Authorized to join in lawful wedlock and to celebrate within
        this County the right and ceremonies of Marriage between Thomas, McColgan
        of Virginia City, Madison County, Montana, aged 32 Years, 3 months, 17
        days, born at Burlington, IA, color white not previous married, son of
        Thomas, McColgan, his mothers maiden name was  [blank]

        And Amanda Berger of Virginia City Madison County Montana, aged 18 years 5
        months 16 days, born at State of Iowa, color white not previously married,
        daughter of Jacob Berger, her mothers maiden name was Lizzie Bonawitz and
        this shall be your good and sufficient warrant therefore.

		IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and official seal

        This certifies that the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace did on the 21st
        day of November A. D. 1894, at Dillon, Beaverhead, County Montana join in
        lawful wedlock Thos. McColgan and Amanda Berger, with their mutual consent
        and in accordance with the Laws, of the State of Montana.
