This marriage a failure.
Ada Zachary made a poor match and wants the bonds dissolved.

Great Falls, Dec. 30 -- At a very late hour yesterday afternoon Ada Zachary, by 
her attorney, James W. Freeman, filed in the district court a suit for divorce 
against her husband, Baxter Zachary. The parties to the suit were married in 
Red Lodge, Mont., May 1, 1899. In the complaint Mrs. Zachary alleges that 
during the period that she and her husband lived together he treated her in a 
most cruel and inhuman manner, and that about August 15, last, he so far 
disregarded his marriage vows as to unmercifully beat her, and at the same time 
threatened to end her existence by violence. ?ver thereafter Mrs. Zachary 
delares she has lived in mortal terror of her husband and deemed it expedient 
to live apart from him.

The plaintiff demands judgment that the bonds of matrimony be dissolved, and 
she prays for such other relief as the court may deem proper.
