Found Dead in Bed --
Mysterious death of a prominent Great Falls merchant

Great Falls, Dec. 30 -- Paul Egloff, until recently in the jewelry business in 
this city, was found dead in bed at the Cobb block this evening. He had been 
dead at least 36 hours when discovered. It was supposed by his relatives and 
friends that he was out of the city and no suspicion was attached to his non-
appearance on the streets for the past two days. He leaves a brother, who 
resides in this city, and two sisters, one of whom is in Wisconsin and teh 
other in San Francisco.
