The Anaconda Standard - 19 Jun 1899
Leroy H Mercer was working on an engine (locomotive) and jumped from it but was
crushed underneath it.

listed as brother-in-law to Mr. Hollier well-know transferman of Anaconda, MT

Mr. Sipes was coroner for the case

possibly born in Utah, his daughter Minerva Mae (Minnie) was b. 1893 in Salt
Lake City, his wife was Alice Jane (Jennie)TAYLOR b. 1875 Liverpool, England
