               Some New Divorces
   Frank Van Wart began an action for divorce
yesterday against Mamie Van Wart, the allegation 
being desertion. The parties to the action were
married in Butte, May 18, 1903 and the alleged
desertion took place in November of 1903. Doris
Van Wart, 3 years old, is the only issue of the
marriage. She is in the custody of her father,
and the plaintiff asks for her custody.
