Fogle, 89, of Lewistown, died June 15. after a lengthy illness at the Central Montana Medical Center, She was born Dec. IS. 1901 at Owatonna, Minn., the daughter of Christian and Sena Larsen. In 1912, she came to Montana with her parents, when they filed a homestead in the Roy area. On June 17, 1923 she married Harvey Fogle in Puyallup, Wash. After her marriage, she and her husband continued to live in the Roy area. During World War II, they both worked in the shipyards. Following the war, they returned to Roy, where they farmed and ranched until their retirement, hut they continued to live in Roy. Mr. Fogle died in 1971 and in 1973. Myrtle moved into Lewistown.. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, her husband in 1971 end a son in 1964. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Milton (Dorothy) Kalina of Lewistown, Mrs. William (Katherine) Marsh of Gardner and Mrs.. Lee (Elaine) Drennen of Tacoma, Wash.; one son, George Fogle of Billings: four sister, Bernice Blais, Laura Bare and Amy Martin all of Lewistown, and Helen Cornell of Great Falls: 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral service Will be at the Creel-Morrison-Retz Chapel. June 19 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Gordon Parke officiating interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Creel-Morrison-Retz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
