Lewistown paper 2-1986 Lillian B Robinson, 63, died Monday morning at the Central Montana Hospital after a lengthy illness. Pastor Tim Hathaway conducted the funeral service at Creel-Morrison-Retz today (Wednesday) at 2 p m. Interment was in the Philbrook Cemetery Mrs. Robinson was born Nov 18, 1922 in Hobson the daughter of Edward and Agnes Brabender. She received her schooling in Hobson, graduating from high school there and college at the University of Montana in Missoula. After her schooling in Hobson she worked in Helena and then Seattle She served in the Coast Guard from 1943 until 1945. She then attended the University in Missoula After her graduation she taught school in Moccasin, Circle and Hobson She married Ray W Robinson May 28, 1955 in Moore. She was the school secretary in Moore for several years following her marriage Mrs. Robinson and her husband purchased the Moore Grocery in 1971 and operated it until 1981 when ill health forced her to retire. She was a member of the American Legion. Survivors including her husband, Ray of Moore; her mother, Agnes W Thompson of Lewistown; sisters, Grace Rehn of Ken WA, Eileen Scherr of Seattle, WA, Edna Mae Williams of Helena. Elnora Ek of Seattle, Wash and Lucille Kammerof Great Falls; one brother, Edward V Brabender of Hobson: and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles and her father, Edward Memorials to the Cardiac Care Unit of the Central Montana Hospital are preferred by the family and may be left at the funeral home.
