John Siroky, Jr, 81 of Roy, died Sunday morning, December 10 at the Central Montana Medical Center of natural causes. He was born December 11, 1913 north of Roy, the son of John and Mary Siroky, the fifth of 12 children. He received his schooling in the Roy area. He ranched all his life in the Roy area and enjoyed life to the fullest among family and friends. On June 10, 1935 he was united in marriage to Marie Fadrhonc in Billings. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past summer. Siroky was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Lewistown and the Roy Rodeo Club. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Ted and his wife Delores, and Tom and his wife Clara, all of Roy; six grandchildren, Marty Siroky, Michelle Byrne and Kevin siroky, all of Roy, Keith siroky of Helena, Mindy Siroky Lindquist of Colville, WA and Kim Kynett of Vaughn; three brothers, Joe of Roy, Jerry of Clinton, MT, and Mero of Lewistown. Five sisters, Josephine Winter of San Jose, CA, Peggy Dotson of Great Falls, Abbie Abell of Billing, and Frances Bialek and Ann Huff, both of Lewistown; 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 14th at 1 p.m. in the Cloyd Chapel with interment to follow in the Roy Cemetery. The Cloyd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Friends are asked to make memorials to the Roy Ambulance or the Roy Cemetery and they may be left at the funeral home.
